Estos Términos de Uso (el "EULA" o "Contrato") regulan el uso de la aplicación PetSafe Scan ("la App", "nosotros"). Al descargar o usar la App aceptas este Contrato.
El uso de la App se rige por el Contrato de Licencia de Usuario Final para Aplicaciones con Licencia (EULA estándar de Apple), disponible en:

Se te concede una licencia limitada, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar la App en los dispositivos Apple que poseas o controles, conforme a las Normas de Uso del App Store.
PetSafe Scan ofrece información orientativa sobre alimentos, plantas y sustancias potencialmente peligrosas para mascotas, además de un escáner con inteligencia artificial. El contenido es informativo y educativo y no sustituye el diagnóstico ni el tratamiento de un veterinario.
La App ofrece suscripciones opcionales que desbloquean funciones adicionales (más escaneos con IA, varias mascotas e historial completo):
Los precios finales se muestran en la App en tu moneda local y pueden variar según la región de tu cuenta de App Store.
Puedes iniciar sesión con Sign in with Apple. Puedes eliminar tu cuenta y todos tus datos en cualquier momento desde Mi Perfil › Eliminar cuenta dentro de la App. Cancelar una suscripción no borra la cuenta, y borrar la cuenta no cancela ni reembolsa una suscripción activa: gestiónala en el App Store.
Te comprometes a no usar la App de forma ilícita, ni a intentar vulnerar su seguridad, copiarla o realizar ingeniería inversa salvo en la medida permitida por la ley.
La información de la App puede contener errores o estar incompleta. En caso de urgencia contacta siempre con un veterinario. En la medida permitida por la ley, la App se ofrece "tal cual", sin garantías, y no nos hacemos responsables de daños derivados de decisiones tomadas a partir de su contenido.
Podemos actualizar estos Términos; la nueva versión se publicará aquí con su fecha.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple devices that you own or control, subject to the App Store Usage Rules.
PetSafe Scan provides informational guidance about foods, plants and substances that may be dangerous to pets, plus an AI-powered scanner. The content is informational and educational and is not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis or treatment.
The App offers optional subscriptions that unlock additional features (more AI scans, multiple pets and full history):
Final prices are shown in the App in your local currency and may vary by your App Store account region.
You can sign in with Sign in with Apple. You can delete your account and all your data at any time from My Profile › Delete account inside the App. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account, and deleting your account does not cancel or refund an active subscription: manage it in the App Store.
You agree not to use the App unlawfully, nor to attempt to breach its security, copy it, or reverse engineer it except to the extent permitted by law.
Information in the App may contain errors or be incomplete. In an emergency, always contact a veterinarian. To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is", without warranties, and we are not liable for damages arising from decisions made based on its content.
We may update these Terms; the new version will be posted here with its date.
